Guidelines
The Arpoon website has been designed to comply with web accessibility guidelines such as defined by the WCAG, BITV and the W3C-WAI.
Procedure
Indeed, it's not a trivial task to comply with such guidelines. Thus, at the very first, you have to define the scope of compliance you wish to undertake and to specify the technology to implement it. There's no warranty that such compliance goals may be fully attained, though this website has been implemented methodicaly and with great care, passing a lot of tests with success.
On this account, this website has been implemented in respect of the following principles:
- Usage of pure XHTML and CSS code
- No script, no code hack, no flash
- Fully scalable, light weighted layout
- Compatibility with most of actual web browser
